What counts as a request?
One call to the Scrape API (/v1/scrape) counts as one request regardless of output type. Browser WebSocket sessions are tracked separately under your browser token quota.
What is browser concurrency?
Browser concurrency is the maximum number of simultaneously open browser WebSocket sessions per browser token. Exceeding it returns a 429 until an existing session closes.
What output types are available?
HTML (all plans), Screenshot (Starter+), Markdown with AI extraction and JSON (Pro+), and managed browser rendering with automatic bot-protection handling (Pro+).
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the dashboard. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
The Free plan gives you 1,000 requests/month with no card required — use it to evaluate the platform before upgrading.
How does residential proxy rotation work?
Starter uses our shared datacenter pool. Pro and above use rotating residential IPs assigned automatically per session — no configuration needed.
What if I exceed my monthly request quota?
Additional requests are blocked with a 429. You can upgrade from the dashboard mid-cycle and the new limits apply immediately.
